Amber was introduced to Jill while she was studying for her real estate exam and was so impressed with how well she handled a family member’s estate sale that she knew Jill was going to be part of her team.

A 30+ year industry veteran, Jill Jacobs possesses a wealth of knowledge in all matters relating to escrow. In addition to her Senior Escrow Officer duties, she also co-manages the Roseville Branch. Her focus is on residential resale transactions, from condos to mansions. She is also very proficient at refinance escrows and 1031 tax deferred exchanges and has significant experience in handling short sale and REO escrows.

Her passion for addressing and resolving each issue that arises in a real estate transaction – combined with her calm demeanor, empathetic listening skills, and welcoming communication style – make Jill a pleasure to work with.
